Shop Policies
Security and Privacy
Budflorists value your security and privacy. We use a secure server, and when you order flowers through us the only information we store is that directly concerned with the order you have placed. We do not store your credit card details because once the order is placed you are then directed to our secure payment gateway, in this instance, Westpac bank.
Delivery
Budflorists uses a variety of suppliers for delivery options to ensure we are able to get your product sent on time and in good condition. Delivery charges are based on a standard rate offered by our suppliers and are subject to change. Delivery charges include GST of 12.5%.
Our standard delivery charges vary from $13.50 to $18.00 for the Greater Wellington Area, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Urgent deliveries incur a $5.00 surcharge, and must be placed before 1:30pm for same day delivery. Mother's day deliveries will take place on a Saturday only, not a Sunday, unless otherwise arranged.

Please include name of the deceased in the case of funeral orders.
Guarantee of Satisfaction
Budflorists guarantee of satisfaction extends to the product arriving at the recipients address in excellent condition only if the recipient is there to receive it directly.
Absentee Recipients and ferocious dogs
Please indicate if the person who will be receiving the flowers will be able to receive the flowers once delivered.
Budflorists and their courier suppliers will not take responsibility for delivery of product if no-one is home and there is a ferocious dog on the premise. Our couriers are not obliged to approach any animal they feel is a threat to their safety and will leave the product where they feel it is safe to do so.

Deliveries overseas
Budflorists is an independent florist and services the greater Wellington region only. We do not arrange for international orders.
Prices
Prices are in New Zealand dollars only and include GST of 12.5%.
Budflorists only accepts payment by 'MasterCard' or 'Visa'.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product sent from Budflorists then we will meet our obligations as set out in the New Zealand Consumers guarantees act which is to; redo, replace or refund your order. Any complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
Purchasing flowers online
The images displayed are sample images only and are indicative of a style and colour of product we can supply for you. This is due to the fact that flowers are seasonal and certain blooms may not be available when you request them. Except where single flower types are shown, Budflorists will endeavour to reproduce, to the best of their abilities, styling of product displayed. We will contact you whenever this improbability may occur and inform you of alternative options available otherwise images depicted will be indicative of the 'florists choice' of blooms and we will replace those shown. However, blooms will remain within the same colour palette.
Wherever possible containers shown on our website which may be unobtainable from our suppliers will be replaced with a similar styling and colour to ensure your order is as close to that shown as possible. Budflorists does not guarantee exact replicas of containers.
Wrapping
Budflorists products are delivery with stems wrapped and in water to ensure the product is received in excellent condition. The bouquets are all delivered with flower food and care instructions for the product.
